Thanksgiving Food Drive

 

 

Volunteers needed at stores to solicit food; 1½ hour time slots: call (914) 698-3558.  The United Way will partner with the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Hunger Task force to collect non-perishable foods for local food pantry clients. 

 

On Saturday Nov-19 and Sunday Nov-20, 9am-4pm, shop for your Thanksgiving food and drop some extra items at the following collection sites:

  • Stop N Shop in Larchmont

  • Trader Joe's Boston Post Road

  • A&P Mamaroneck Avenue

  • Food City Halstead Avenue at West Street

 

Frozen turkey donations may be brought to the food pantry at the CAP Center, 134 Center Ave., in Mamaroneck on Tuesday Nov-22, 10am-6pm. 

 

Volunteers also needed on Monday, Nov-21 at Cap Center to help move donated food into pantry.  Questions call Carol Cauley (914) 834-0674.
