Nicaragua 2005

Our church participated in the construction work at the El Ayudante Orphanage in Leon, Nicaragua, February 18-25, 2005.  El Ayudante is an ecumenical, non-profit, Christian ministry.  Its purpose is to serve the children of Central America and Mexico.  The ministry started in 1988 by a few men and women from Brownsville, Tennessee upon return from a short term mission trip to Honduras.
