Asst.’s office and serve as the main reception area · Cost prohibitive for current consideration à Estimated construction cost = $650,000 à It is, perhaps, an idea to incorporate into a long range plan, along with appropriate and helpful signage on the property
4. Sitework · Reconfiguration and repaving of parking lot · Landscaping · Estimated cost = $250,000
